Returning.....after many moons away

Well since I was last here I've bought and sold a Disco3.
Currently I've got a Disco4 and Mutley, the 300Tdi 90 soft top.
He's recently been treated to new Rock Slider Cills, LED dash bulbs, Rev counter, New tow bar and electrics, RDX LED side/tail/indicator lights, Hammerited Cross member, rear bumperettes and a new, custom made tilt.......must resist doing more stuff

Makes me want to go soft top even more! Did you buy it like that or convert it?

I bought it as a truck cab with a view to going topless.
I got a second hand set of standard hood sticks and canvas, but didn't use the sticks as the 'tubes' look so much better
I finally got fed up with the REALLY drafty canvas so took it in to a local autotrimmers to get new zips and plastic windows, but was talked into them making me a new hood from scratch.......which was expensive but definitely the right decision!!
