LDV minibus now has a spangly new PSV test. slightly worried when it failed
the first 4 smoke tests, but then I applied less throttle and it sailed
through Tester bloke, if he noticed that it was about 500 revs under
flat-out, didn't comment neat thing about commercial tests is that you
do the throttle bit, although I imgaine that if you really didn't boot it
obviously then they'd complain.

not yet, 's rather on hold now - too much other work and not enough money.
Next phase requires money (provided the insurers give a provisional
go-ahead, of course) in that I have to acquire the 110 to be stripped to a
rolling chassis.
