relesing injector

i'm trying to replace the injector washers, but having a bit of trouble releasing the actual injectors, feck its like they're welded in
any handy hints???
already tried wiggling it with an 11 mil spanner, kin solid

I got mine out but it was a struggle the first time. I suggest liberal amounts of WD40 then get the car hot. Then I left the fuel feed pipe on the injector and with a jimmy bar under the union prided while tapping it backwards and forwards lightly with a small hammer - be careful because the jimmy can damage the cam cover so protect it under the bar. Does this make sense?

what did you fit 11 mm spanner on ,apply liberal amounts of penertrating fluid and using large adjustable spanner on the side flats of injector try working it loose by rotating it both ways ,most come out that way ,but i have seen some were head had to be removed
