Ok, maybe not a ton, but has anyone else found an unbelievable amount of plugs that go, er, knowhere in their disco???
Ive found 5 today, 5!!!! Thats not including the others ive found.
found 2, one in each windscreen pillar, 1 in each footwell in front, and one big red one dangling behind fuse panel. All have a live feed.
I tapped into big red one for my hands free kit.
OH remembered another one, this is WEIRD.
It was a small white plug, unlike others ive found, with one wire to it, dangling down from the column. Only found it when i took fuse panel off. When i put an earth to it to check for a feed, the horn went off???
Hmmm.

So if i get rid of all the useless plugs, i can put my mpg up to 40 per gallon :D

Slag me off if i'm wrong but many manufacturers (?) fit the same loom to different specifications of the same vehicle. Working on the basis it is better to waste a bit of wire than to manufacture x amount of different looms>

Nah, it's probably where all the best bits used to be connected to before they were "borrowed" by his fellow scousers! lol

Sorry Lenny, I couldn't resist.

i wouldn't dream of doing that stan, on this occasion you are right. lenny has the poverty model with no extras so now he spends half his life on ebay buying the bits that are fitted to mine.;)
