Recommendations for cargo barrier?

Does anyone have recommendations for an internal cargo barrier?

I've seen some pet restraints (like the Midwest tubular barrier), but
are they solid enough to block anything substantial? I've found
Milfords cargo barrier website, but it doesn't appear they've any
distributors in Canada.

Any suggestions?
