Rear wiper motor repair.

Removed rear wiper motor because it has not worked for ages, took the motor off emptied the water out the magnets have come off and motor totally shot, can I get just a replacement motor and stick the magnets back on as the cogs were all perfect

Hi, what's the knack to dismantling the cogs, ears and spindle for the rear wiper motor please ?
