Rear spare wheel carrier position and bolts

So I've just bought a swing rear wheel carrier and in the instructions it mentions using the existing bolts and hole positions of the current rear carrier mount. However my problem is that I don't have an existing one! Can anyone help with what bolts are normally used and a rough position of the holes in the rear door?
