Rear side door locks

Hi I am new to this forum
I have a freelander 1 2001 v6 2.5 es 5 door . Up until today both rear passenger doors have worked but now they will not. They unlock or you can hear them unlock but I can’t open them . I have read a few threads about this some say it has cleared on its own but is there any one with a definitive answer as to why this is happening. I have checked the wire umbilical going into door plus I have checked plug is correctly. The driver side rear door wouldn’t open earlier then it opened once now it wont play ball.
Is there anyway you can open these rear doors without doing damage to the door cards

Will it open from the inside? I have a rear door that 20% of the time won't open from outside, but will always open from the inside.

No it spontaneously open from the inside

If you can hear the lock actuator, then the deadlock is releasing. This should allow you to open the door from the inside, simply by pulling the door release lever. You'll need to replace both rear door actuators by the sound of it.

H8 not sure if child locks are on as I have only just purchased freelander so it there on the door won’t open from inside
