I know this subject has been covered many times but i am still unclear:confused:.
In the back of my 110 i have what are effecivley full length wheel arches but they but to me they look like perfect inward facing seats. Are they seats or are they wheel arches? Can i legally carry people on them when i am on the road or not? My defender is a 1987 model if that makes any difference.

Thanks:)

Yes you can carry people on them You can also get fold up bench seats to go in there and make ya passengers ride a bit comfier

no seat belts needed, but dont crash with people you love in the back, im thinking about fitting a dog guard :p :p

Just get a set of short ropes and tie one end to the passenders and the other to the rear door. That way, if you have an accident, most of the people bits should stay in the back and avoid cluttering the drivers personal space.;)
