So I need to replace my rear prop centre bearing, easy enough job, or at least I thought.
All was going well but foolishly I let the short shaft drop as I was knocking off the metal cover, this lead to the cv joint bearings falling out, I’ve put ccjoints back together before with no problem but for some reason I can’t get the movement back, the centre Solon is solid and has no movement, I’ve tried putting it back together in lots of variations but still getting the same result.
What am I doing wrong??
