Anyone know which hole on the regulator the bolt should go through onto the window catchment on the rear passenger door? A or B on the attached pic.

I bought the car with non working rear passenger windows a few years ago and have finally got round to taking a look at one of them. (its never bothered me needing them to work but as I've got time to spare I thought I might give it a go!). When I took the door card off the whole unit was missing and the window was held up with a piece of wood screwed in place!
I've ordered a new regulator but noticed 2 holes on the regulator to attach to the window but only 1 on the window itself!?

TIA

From memory it goes on the upper hole (A) in your diagram. You can't get it wrong, as it won't fit in the wrong hole. ;)

Does the bottom of the glass still have the clamp section with a bolt attached? The window regulator unit has three bolts to attach to the door. make it easy by leaving those bolts on the regulator when fitting first. Then hook up the power supply to the regulator to make sure it works first with door card switch. Sometimes these can fail either way up or down. If so try from the cubby box switches. If okay drop the reg downwards by the switches and release the supported glass and clamp to attach. Sorry correction attach the glass clamp to the regulator slider first brains gone lockdown mushy.

Unfortunately the bolt to hold the window is not there, the clamp section on the window is though and I have found a bolt that will screw in, although it is a little long so I might have to shorten it before fitting.

The bolt really to hold the clamp to the regulator slider. But make sure the clamp is okay to grip the window okay. Are your switches working okay. if not you can try the console testing as they are the same as the doors.
