rear parking sensors

How can you check if your parking sensors are misbehaving....... sometimes they work ok and sometimes they just do their own thing!:doh:

If they are like the ones on my MG TF they play up when its wet, I fixed them by sealing all the wire connections to the plugs with Arldite then sealing up the connector blocks with insulating tape to stop water getting in.

Or if they are like those that I had on a Seat Alhambra they play up when it is hot. I cured it by not going on holiday to the south of France

they also play up if you get them a bit dirty what a waste on a landrover
