rear lower trailing arm

Just fitting cranked lower rear trailing arms, but the front bolt will not line up into bush through mounting,only a bit out how do i get them to line up.
book says axle stands under axle, if i put axle stands on chassis and let axle hang will i be able to get a bit more movement to line it all up.
Any ideas.

yes take the weight off the axle, easy then

Thanks, the info i'm working from is a proper LR work shop manual.
Just to make sure the bend into rear bush bends down

Iv used a ratchet strap before to pull axlle into place if thats any help
