On with my rewiring, at the moment. Getting ther slowly.
Hit a problem as usual. My rear tub is a later TD5 , with the 2 holes for lights in first pic, I only have the 3 hole ones, Cant afford to buy any new ones,. Was just going to drill new holes to match but it has threads to screw in to, cant really get them to line up.
Any Ideas ?,

Tho double check the screw holes line up with the lenses. This would be my preferred way as you're not drilling the tub. Tho it's not really a problem redrilling the tub as it'll be behind the lights anyway.

Remember to put a dab of something, silicone or tiger seal, over/in the old holes to help keep the water out of your new shiny tub ...

The suspense is killing me in these lock down times. What did you do in the end? Modified the lights or the tub?

Cheers
Aint done nothing yet mate just finished wiring them in today, but did try and match the 2 holes up to any on the 3 hole light but there to far out, just going to drill another couple of new holes in and maybe use self tappers. like you say wont be seen once fitted.
