Rear door latch

Dear all I got my rear door unable to open, the interior and exterior handles seems to work fine, the central locking too. For mi it is the locking mechanism to the car body it is no doing its jobs. Everything will be better if I have the door open, which it´s not the case. Do anyone knows how to open it, could be an electrical issue (i do have a HAWKEYE)

take off the LR badge from the handle, squirt some WD40 within then jiggle/ lock unlock few times, maybe you'll be lucky.

Have you tried to get to the lock by removing the rear door card ? That might at least give you a chance of checking the wiring.
