found a hole in me rear diff casing with a little care and a full stripdown is it possible to patch such a hole without fooking the axle up
it also appears to have early rangie diffs fitted as theres a drain plug in the bottom of the diff housing ( 1" round flathead screwdriver fitting plug) and what appears to be another plug 2/3 rds the way up the houseing crudely welded in with pigeon poo
i was inspecting this bodged plug when i noticed the hole about 2" away from it
please tell me it can be patched and is not a complete axle replacement jobbie for the sake of a little hole![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
