Right I've converted my rear axle to a RRC recon'ed axle with all new disks, pads and callipers with a new flexi pipe. When all fitted I went to bleed the brakes but they wont bleed up, pedal is just spongy but when I clamp the rear flexi the pedal is good! have I done something wrong with the conversion there's no loss of fluid or leaks.
just to confirm its a 3 output master cylinder with the rear T'ed to both callipers do I just need to keep trying to bleed or have I missed something out in the job ?

Thanks in advance for any info as I might just be something simple that's I carnt see.

Thanks chris

Is the bleed nipple right at the top of the calipers, and are the pads up against the discs?

Simple stuff that occasionally gets overlooked. ;)

yes the pads are touching! it might be something really simply ive overlooked gunna block one side at a time on the T piece see if i can narrow it down to which side.

Thanks for the reply!
chris

disc brake master cyl different to drum brake.

bleed both sides several times to clear air out

Found the problem lads, calipers on the wrong side oooopssss :L silly mistake haha!
After bleeding with the calipers on the correct way pedal is good!
