Hi,

So after changing the front ARB bushes and links and marvelling at the difference it's made I decided to do the same on the rear... Parts ordered and time to fit..

Except the bushes didn't fit, the space in the middle was far too small. I ordered bushes for "rear with ace" but it looks like the bushes I used on the front would fit.

The car is "new" to me and I'm still figuring it out as its my first landy so bear with me.

It's been converted to rear coil springs but has ACE. As far as I can make out ie all the bits are there I have no idea if it's actually working - I say that as I don't think it's been that will looked after and I'm finding lots of things to fix and address.

So, am I being a plonker? The rear roll bar looks the same diameter as the front so what bushes do I need to get?!
Help please!

RBX101700 are the ones I got I think. It was originally air but has been converted to spring (need to change the springs and shocks too but that's another story!)

On removing them they looked the same as the front, really difficult to "get" that from most of the landy parts websites.

Live an learn eh! Thanks for the help

I remember a while back having trouble trying to push the rubber ARB bushes into place on an old Lotus Elan. There was no way I could get them to go into place.
Then I smeared the bushes in "Hellerine", mainly because I knew it was a fairly good rubber lubricant and I already had some. All the parts went together after that, in fact they went together so easily I had to check the job twice to make sure it had been done properly.
