Right, just wondering if anyone has successfully done this...
Tried yesterday, hacked alot of the dash out and it still doesn't fit right,
Their website claims it will fit a series 3, it clearly doesn't. Hacked the front bit out as per their instructions, no problem, found the top of the dash doesn't fit over the top of the metal plate where the vent flap holes are, hacked another piece out...
Now it seems the vent flap holes aren't far enough apart for it to slot in right, so looks like more to hack out....and the dash top looks as though it will need a piece hacking out as it has a metal lip on it to fit the top of the metal plate, fouling the bloody raptor!
Beginning to wonder why I paid 80 odd quid for this pile of ill-fitting ****e when it would have been far easier to fabricate my own!
