I have a '98 4.0 SE and am looking to hardwire a DC power adapter so
that I can have a power source for my laptop (while leaving the
cigarette lighter socket available). The unit that i'm considering is
a Lind 15V 4A output model.
Anyone out there have any suggestions on where to tap into for
power...and where I might consider mounting the 5x2x3 inch unit? I've
read some articles that suggest under the passenger seat and using the
power for the seat controls.
