range rover vogue wing mirrors issues

hi i have a 2003 range rover vogue 4.4 all is well apart from the other day i presssed teh wing mirros to be tracted and they cam out again and would not stop in anyone got any ideas, went to the dealer of course who said thats the way it is and tried to sell me 2 new mirrors and fitting at £1100 plus vat, clowns these people sure dont like cusomters do they !! :doh:

There is a way to re-set them. Press the button once to activate them and then twice in quick succession. that should re-set them correctly. If not, go search on fullfatrr.com which had a long post on it.
