Range rover tdv8 no power at all

I have a 2007 range rover sport 3.6 tdv8.
I have no power at all.
I have had it to a friends garage and plugged in and it says these 3 codes.
P023D-22
P010c_21
P010F-62
P065E-00
I have blanked egrs off also checked turbo actuators with they are free as had recent new turbos on.
I have smoked tested it it for the intake and no cracks found.
I am at a loss dont no were to start i have only owned the car 2 weeks.
Can anyone help me with this

Been like that from the off or was it OK to begin with?

If you've already blanked the EGR valves and smoke tested the engine, I'd start looking for an exhaust blockage, like the DPF.
