Range Rover Steering column adjustment problem

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has any advice on a small problem I have with my 02 RR HSE. It is the steering column adjustment which is dead. I have checked fuses and it is on the same fuse as the drivers seat adjustment which is fine. However the column adjustment is totally dead. Does anyone have any advice or is it a main dealer job?

They are infamous for these going. It can sometimes be just a piece of dirt or dust blocking the electronic connections inside the column. Try jiggling the levers up and down several times. This can sometimes clear it. Or get an air burst (the can thingies for cleaning computer keyboards) into the neck and see if that clears it. Be careful when jiggling that you don't break them as the whole steering column then sags down making it undrivable and thus a dealer (expensive) fix.

Cheers for the response. I have tried this today but with no luck. Is it possible to remove any of the dash to get better access to try this or not?
