Range Rover Sport SP HSE TDV6 A

Hi all , I'm having problems with my range rover sport 2.7 2007 . When I start it up all is fine but soon as I turn the headlights on the doors lock and unlock and the hazards come on and won't go off ? Also the radio and heaters / center consol don't work either ? I changed the battery & alternater with no luck also had it plugged into diagnosic machine with no errors found. I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
