For those that were following my thread, I think my problem was the lift-pump rather than the FIP on my diesel P38 Range Rover. I'm keeping the refurbed pump on the car but it means my old FIP pump is probably OK and now surplus to requirements. The car has done 130k so the FIP will have done up to that amount. The seals mid, top and side seals were done recently and the electronics in the top all cleared out too. So, should be tight for a while yet.

Before I send it back to get my deposit I thought I'd give you lot first dibs. As long as you can cover the cost of my deposit and postage then you're welcome to it. Call it £150 or a bit cheaper if you want to come and get it!

You'll have to move quick though as I have to get it back to them within a week or so to claim my deposit.
