Range Rover P38 2001 V8 4 litre. whistling noise.

Hi .. I have a whistling noise from car...when revving whilst in park and also on pressing accelerator when driving..if I ease of pedal the noise disappears..when cruising no noise....replaced tensioner, pulleys, belt and alternator all with brand new parts.
Any ideas what to look at would be helpful.
