Range Rover classic bell housing

Hi I've got a 1990 RRC, with the LT77 manual gearbox, and Im collecting a 300 tdi engine to install. Originally it was VM engine powered.
Will a R380 bell housing fit to the LT77 gearbox or will I need to fit the 200tdi bell housing to the gearbox? Thanks in advance for all replies

From memory, I had 89 classic with vm engine and you can fit a v8 straight to it but when I change engine to a 200 tdi I had to change bell housing, gearbox ( input shaft different), cross member ( I think) and front prop as the engine came out off a disco had to make and weld in new engine mounts as well.
