Radio power gone…

Hi all. Last night I was tinkering with some puddle lights and was attempting to do a quick test using the ignition wire (white with a orange tracer that then connects to red) that powers the radio and what was the cigarette light but is now a usb point. Everything worked briefly then stopped… now I have no power to the radio or usb. I’ve checked all the fuses, inline fuses etc all fine. The defender (200tdi) starts no problem, everything works as it should ie dash warnings, lights, wipers, fan etc.. but for some reason the radio/usb point don’t, there’s no 12v continuity across it either. Is there another inline fuse behind the dash I’ve missed??

sounds like you may have problems with your ignition switch assuming you had it switched on
