Hi,

I have a 2012 discovery 4.
The radio/Bluetooth was working great.
I was on a call. And the call dropped. The screen froze as if I was on the call.
Then the screen wouldn't turn off. When ignition was off.
I disconnected the battery.
Took out the fuses.
The radio now won’t turn on.

Any ideas please?

Thanks

Keith

Get the codes read. as it could be just a symptom of another thing ... usually damp ingress ...

Interesting so i just Googled the issue and found the D3 and 4 forums have lots of posts on the subject, so quite common and a bug or update required was mentioned, in just my two minutes of looking. 🤔
I remember that I had a bit of a issue with the similar head unit fitted in my 2016 Jag xe, it was dealt with when the car went in for its annual service, sold the car in 2022 without any further issues.
