what bulkhead mounted fuel filter has just one pass through - for the fuel line going to the engine? And does it have a bit for draining water and cak out of it?

(fitting second filter for second tank and there is no return line to second tank - want to use genuine filter unit with drain, not the ****ty thing that came with veg kit)

THANKS

the standard 200Tdi will do what you want

what you doing with the returned fuel when your on veggy ?

the return line goes back to the switchvalve on a short loop then feeds back to the pump with any additional fuel required coming from the tank thats currently "on"... keeping hot fuel circulating and using less cold fuel.

when on diesel and you switch over to veg, the veg starts to get drawn up and thrugh the heat exchanger where it mixes with the circulating hot diesel, so the engine goes over to veg in a graduated way.

Once on neat veg, the veg is heated in the exchanger, thru the valve to the engine then returned to the valve, back to the engine etc in a loop.

When switching to diesel again, the system switches and purges extra fuel back the return line to the veg tank, so that theres no veg oil in the system, with the veg rapidly replacing with diesel. So you can turn off with no "cold start on veg issues".

So - thats why theres no return to the diesel tank.... (eventually!)

by the way when on expedition, the veg tank becomes a long range tank and the heating part can be turned off. And expedition use is why I'm wanting two proper fuel filters in case of cruddy diesel.

just about to plumb it all up whilst theres no body on my 90
