Puma reverse light.

mornin All!
Heres an odd one. Got a 2009 90 Puma with an odd reverse lamp issue. It doesnt work. No prob, change the bulb. Diesnt work. Test the bulb, fine. Multi meter to centre pin in holder, 12v.... multi meter from centre pin to earth contact in holder

Is there a switch in the back of the gear box as with the older defenders ? Have you checked that ?

OK, took the plug off the switch & put a link between the connectors. Had a look, we got light! Seems the switch is letting volts through but not enough current. Swiped a switch out of a transit we have here & all good. Never come across this before! Switches normaly work, or not.
