Hi guys,

My 2012 Puma isn't starting, please see this video:

On Thursday morning it did this, I locked then unlocked the car and it then started fine. Later that day I tried again and nothing.

I tried jump starting with one of those starter packs, however this did not work. It has a two battery set up, one is 12v and the other 13v.

Annoying the car was in the garage last week for a few things, including some corrective wiring on the winch, it drove home lovely, and started four times after collecting without issue. I can't take it back to the garage as I can't get her started.

I'm hoping someone can suggest a fix I can try, such as fuse or relay etc.,

Cheers,

Lewis

I don't think the instruments would come on if it was an immobiliser issue. What does the message on the mileometer say when you are trying to start it? (its too small for me to read).
Possibly the fob needs resynchronising - stand outside the vehicle and press the lock button 4+ times and see if that works.

Oh I take it back, drove it around yesterday for half hour to top up the battery, tried starting it today and nothing!

13v on the battery so that should be more than enough.

It's off to the garage at the weekend so I'll report back.
