Puma 110 Retro fit Air Con

After having my 1989 110 nicked last year I'm now looking to buy a Puma 110 58 plate, its a Country Station Wagon spec rather than an XS which I'd prefer but I can live without heated Seats and parcial leather seats but air con is always useful and keeps the Mrs happy. My question is can air con be retro fitted to a puma defender? I know you can buy Aircon kits for old TD5's, 300tdi and 200tdi's form various after market manufactures but this bolts under the exsisting dash where as the puma dash is obviously a different spec. Any ideas and I know buying a XS would be easier but stretches my budget even more

I'd just look for one with aircon in already, there are companies that will fit aircon to anything but don't expect it to be cheap

Paying £2000 more for factory fit is a better option than paying £2000 for after market
