if its the same diff as a series - its apiece of **** - 99p oil seal from paddocks and a couple of hours work - the biggest problem is locking the flange solid whilst undoing the flange nut (and torqueing it up again).
 
I gotta do this at some point in the next week, dont wanna be buggering my diff if it starts to get low on oil.

Helped a mate do it once on an old disco, we had to lower the motor onto the ground and use a breaker bar and trolly jack to undo the flange nut, let the weight of the vehicle do the work for us (saw someguy on LR4x4 doing it this way in the tech section and it works well, as long as your sure your using the right size socket, easy to strip the nut with all that toruqe on the breaker).
 
Am going to give it a go at the weekend then cheers for the help if you hear screaming then i've screwed it up hehe
have to get it cracked for tixover on sunday
