Have changed your glow plugs recently start there don't buy cheap ones tho

Possible sign of In Tank Pump failure...how full is the tank, less than a quarter and it struggles could be a sign.
Also, check your leak off pipes (spill pipes) for signs of cracking, allowing air to get into the system.
