Problematic NSF headlamp

I've had 3 bulbs in the last 12 months start flickering and then the LH headlamp fails. Xenon lights so not cheap bulbs. This time though both lights flickered just after turning on, then the left went out and will not come back on.

I've tried swapping the bulb but nothing. Does this sound like an igniter or a ballast problem please? And if anyone knows where I can get these parts in the uk, or even better someone I can go to to get them changed in Oxfordshire, please raise your hand

Or even a second hand but fully functioning unit...

Mostly likely the ballast or Headlamp ECU unit (which is mounted behind the lamp unit and suffers damp issues)

Obviously never had a car with HID headlights ....

And never would, driven with them and they are not necessary.

LED's are the way forward.
Anyone who cannot see in the dark with tungsten lights at a safe speed shoudn't be on the road.
