Hi, just replaced the fuel filter on my s3 can't for the life of me get the landy to fire up, is it just a matter of pumping the small lever below or am I doing it all wrong

if its diesel you need to undo the bleed screw on pump body 8mm spanner and pump lever till filters full and clean fuel no air comes from bleed screw

Thanks buddy, just done a search and spot on to what you said. Thanks for your help, 1st service in years oil like black sludge, filter clogged with god know what should notice a difference

Remember that sometimes it is necessary to turn the engine over half a turn when priming to ensure the lever moves on the back of the cam. I have helped people that have pumped the lever for hours and not got any fuel to lift !!
