This one is is a cracking little lane we did on our last Peaks Laning trip...
GLASS have been asking for user evidence for the 20 years before NERC for Brushfield-Putwell Hill! There is a public inquiry pending later this year which LARA, TRF and PDVUG/GLASS will give evidence to. DCC have proposed bridleway / footpath but if 20 years usage can be proved we can claim vehicle rights.
