still cant get the wipers working have taken one of and cleaned it wired it direct to a battery and nothing so i think there goosed
side lights work but no brake lights can;t seem to find the peddle switch
i dont want to use it without these working in case i get nicked or it rains
cheers

Brake light switch is in the hydraulic line on top of chassis rail drivers side directly below the brake master cylinder.
As for pressure washing it i wouldnt bother unless its a minger or you are going to wax the chassis.

hi thanks for the tip where brake llight switch is . It needs a wash as it is a bit of a minger the ladd who had it before me used it in a quarry so it;s full of ****e underneath so i want to have it clean so i can see what i;m dealing with as far as reparing it . can;t wait to start useing it but have to get the brake lights wipers now the indicators and hand brake sorted first .i have taken a wiper moter of and wired it straight to the battry but i think its dead so will have to get new ones from somwhere . thanks again

had the truck power washed today and no nasty surprises either chassi looks ok .fitted a new horn got the indicators working .still no brake lights going to by pass the switch now i have found it under all the crud that way i am hoping to find out if it is a duff switch . still cant get the wiper moters to kick in to life so will be looking to replace these . as i dont think you can repair them unless anyone knows how to test them to see if they are burnt out or any easy fixes would be welcome cheers and thanks

Google for the wipers as you can rebuild them.
Plus you wont believe the prices they fetch on e bay!
The later 2a has the mechanical brake switch up near the pedal so if you dont want to disturb the hydraulics this may be the easier thing to do.
