Its been a while since I stripped my old 92 200tdi as I am replacing with a new chassis.

Now just refitting bits and got to the power steering. I thought I took enough photos to help with the refit but obviously not!!! Has anyone out there got any good photos showing the position of the pipework please?

Also as it's a new chassis (marshlands) I don't think the holes are tapped, so what are people using to fix the pipes?

Cheers

I fixed my pipes across the front crossmember using double pipe clips from a plumber friend, fastened on with self-drilling screws.
You should be able to pick up singles from your local B&Q or Wickes.

I used a Richards chassis on mine and the holes are already tapped. I'd be surprised if the Marsland ones aren't the same. It's quite common that holes can fill with galv when they are dipped, so you may need to drill and re-tap them.
Mine is a 300Tdi (1996) so pipe layout may be a bit different. I'll have a look through my pictures though and see what's there.

These are the only ones I can find.

Originally the holes had rivnuts in them.
I have an air powered rivnut gun so it wasn't an issue on my new genuine chassis.
