Power steering fluid is bubbling.

Disco 2 td5 2001.

The power steering fluid is bubbling in the resovoir when the car is not moving and engine just idling.

Is this normal?

it should circulate but not air bubbles

Ah yeah its just circulating so, theres movement lets say.

Never seen it before.

pump pumps all the time engines running goes through pas box back to res to pump

It quite worrying when you first see that.I wasn't sure either but after reading this thread I'm quite relived
