Ok so have sorted a nice little unit for my series 2+3. 20x20 approximately. Problem is the door is 74" wide. So a tight squeeze. I plan to put 88 inside cause I'm working on it first. The problem is it has had power steering half fitted. As in pump and column connect and pinion is there. But it isn't connected to the wheels. This is an issues as I won't be able to get it into the unit. Is it a hard job fitting steering rods? I have fitted hydraulic steering systems to cherry pickers and fork lifts before.

Is it one rod to passenger side and then the second connecting the two? Held on with a couple of standard m10/12 bolts and nuts? Or am I just wishing here?

Brill it will just be difficult to getting if I cant steer. So I should be able to bodge it together to get it through the door easy enough.
