I am writing this while waiting for a breakdown truck

I was driving on a straight road with no issues. I then went round a round about and the disco would not accelerate out of it. With my foot flat to the floor I managed to get it to about 50 but it then started to slow. I found the nearest turning where I could safely stop but by that time the disco was slowing even with my foot to the floor. As soon as I came to a stop the engine died.
To cut a long story short...
The engine did not over heat.
The aa did not find any fault codes
It has a new injector loom
There is no oil in the ecu
It feels like 2 injectors are not working
The engine will start but is very very lumpy
I have tried the fuel purge and injector purge
The maifold temps on cylinders 1 and 2 are half that of 3, 4 and 5
About a week ago I could smell diesel as I walked past the disco.

From extensive research while board waiting for recovery it appears tatch the symptoms of a faulty fuel pump?
It's done 125,000 which I am lead to believe is about right for a pump failure?
Any other surgestion for me to try when I get home

Many thanks

When were your injector seals last changed?
Mine was running ok..ish then very rapidly went down in performance, over the space of a 50 mile drive, until it would barely start and wouldnt idle.

Never changed them, well changed 1 when no 2 injector snapped a spring but never changed the rest
Probably best to start with the seals. It may also be related to the injector with the broken spring, but thats just a guess.
Also have a good look over the entire engine bay wiring loom. Could be a snagged wire, like the other thread on here recently.
