I’m thinking of selling the P38 and Defender 110 csw.
In short, P38 has 2 months mot 145k miles and has a couple of issues. SRS fault and a worn ball joint rubber cover. The P38 is one of the most sorted on LZ and belonged to 2 previous members for last 10+ years. I’ve done 3500 miles and enjoyed every minute. 4.6 petrol metallic blue with cream leather 18mpg ave. New tyres, new cats, new exhaust.
The 110 is sat in restoration. Matching number car. Arles blue with white roof. Recently had timing belt change, has great compression and 205k on clock. It has had two major refurbs in its 30 years. Requires bulkhead repairs panels, have the parts, requires brake callipers and an outrigger and C post repair. I have the YRM parts. I’m thinking of letting these go to buy a newer Range Rover sport.
I just can’t image ever getting round to fixing these now and life is too busy
