Not sure if this is of interest to anyone but I was taking a strole down the Fosseway in Wiltshire in my 90 and came across a police officer and a local farmer. It turns out some plonker had smashed down the farmers fence/gate and decided to tear up his field with a offroader. The only trouble is that actions like this get places like the Fosseway clossed off to us lot.
Anyway the copper said that there is a meeting being held in a months time to try and get the Fosse down graded/shut. I've been using it for around 20 + yrs now.
Fingers crossed in wont be closed but due to a few idiots it means places like these are becoming rare.
