Possible Help Please?

Hello, my name is Wez. Im really hoping someone can help me a little.

Last October i bought some of the 'Land Rover' domed decals from american ebay, these are the green and gold ones that go into the rear bumper. I bought them from a seller called Auto Trim Design. The problem i have is that they have never arrived and the seller will not respond to any emails, ebay and paypal do not want to know as it has passed 60 days since i bought them.

I was just hoping that someone on here might have had dealings with them in the past, or if someone would like to send them an email enquiring about a product to see if they get a response.

Did you pay via paypal using your credit card ?

If not then im afraid you have left it a little too late my friend.

Paypal set the 60 day rule in stone and to be honest after 28 days i would have put a claim in to them.

Paypal did not want to know as it was after 45 days.

But as luck might have it they have sent me an email tonight logging my concern and will try to rectify the problem. I should have posted on here earlier then they might have replied before now.

Im sure i will ask more questions in the future as its my parents freelander that they are for.
