Discovery 5 Pollen filter case

Hi,

Today i replaced a cabin pollen filter but noticed that plastic case where it sits behind glove box is always open.

Took old one replaced with mew filter, but this plastic case stays open. Tried all buttons in A/C inc circulation flow etc on the main panel but still open.

In many videos it shows that it close and you need open. Am I doing something wrong or it’s a fault somewhere?
