Phone not working

Hi all, I have the L359 XS td4e version and I went to make a phone call using the built in phone function but my phone wasn't connected sonI went to press the phone symbol by the radio but it never showed my phone options. Has anybody got any suggestions as to what might be wrong

Welcome to the site. I assume it a Bluetooth issue to link with the car setup. Have you had any phone updates recently, as they can hinder links. Try freshen your installation.

Hi, thanks for welcoming me to the site, no phone updates as just got me phone, I'm going to start by trying the fuse located in the boot, I think it's fd4 5 amp and go from there

Assuming you have the BT fitted, press the ‘phone’ button, then press the ‘menu’ button to access options.

Does it have the phone controls on the steering wheel? If not, there's no phone option installed.
