hi all,the petrol flap on my 2001 td5 keeps popping open, it seems to be the little black catch thats causing it,can this be replaced, if so any idea what name it goes by

Have you tried bending the metal bracket on the flap - this can move a bit and cause the flap to open as it looses contact with the catch.
