can you do anything to personalise one?! im crossing over from the classic mini scene (need family car!) where im used to seing people do anything and everything to their mini - is there anything 'different' you can do to a landy without making it look silly for normal road use?!

Phew, you didn't mention 'the textured aluminium that dare not speak it's name' so you're probably ok so far.

Thing wiv Landies to my mind at least is add things you're gunna use. If you cover it in purposeful off roady looking bits that are just there for show, you just end up looking a dick.

I used to drive Mini's & there is even more bits available fer Landies than there are for Mini's (or Beetles fer that matter), but I've just found that anything on the exterior that's int gunna be used is a waste.

fer a start what landy you got/gettin? if yer gettin a gaylander you can glue some cardboard to the sides or it yer gettin a defender i would start with a set of diff guards, a snorkel and a set of roof lamps
